Next week, Angler, The South Place Hotel’s rooftop restaurant will be welcoming in three top chefs to join Executive Chef Gary Foulkes to create a feast in aid of the charity Hospitality Action.

The evening will start with Champagne and canapes on the rooftop terrace, before guests sit down to a four course meal which celebrates seasonal produce and focuses on British seafood. Taking part will be Elystan Street’s Chef Patron Phil Howard; Typing Room’s Executive Chef Lee Westcott and Ben Marks, Chef Patron of Perilla – you’ll also be able to meet the chef throughout the evening.

Afterwards an auction will raise money for Hospitality Action – a trade charity that offers a lifeline to people of all ages in the hospitality industry, an industry that London couldn’t survive without.
