When Patty & Bun met with the team over at Yard Sale Pizza, beautiful things happened. They created the Burger Pizza, a collaboration that will see them swap ingredients for a month and turn each other’s favourites into their own.
Starting on the 22nd August and running until the 19th September, Yard Sale will be creating the Smokey Robinson pizza made from Yard Sale tomato sauce, crumbled H.G Walter beef patty, caramelised onions, bacon and smokey P&B mayo and topped with Fior Di latte mozzarella. Meanwhile over at Patty & Bun they’ll be cooking up the Holy Pepperoni burger – a P&B burger patty, topped with two types of Cobble Lane Cured pepperoni and spicy Nduja sausage with Fior Di Latte Mozzarella, Yard Sale’s signature cooked tomato base sauce, basil and a little rocket. A new way to try your favourites and overindulge that little bit more.
To celebrate the launch they’ll be hosting an invite-only party, but because they’re nice they’re offering four pairs of tickets, so that you can be the first to try them, drink a few cocktails and get a specially designed t-shirt. Can’t say they don’t spoil you.
