An Underground Beauty and the Beast Pop-Up is Coming to Waterloo

An Underground Beauty and the Beast Pop-Up is Coming to Waterloo

Enter a world of fairytale, fantasy and frivolity as Beauty and the Feast (we see what they did there) goes underground and into the maze of tunnels found beneath Waterloo Station. Gather your glad rags and say goodbye to the banal, because this theatrical extravaganza will be anything but ordinary…

Based on the story of Beauty and the Beast, legendary set designers Darling & Edge and supper club Grub Club bring you the chance to leave reality behind and be their guest. You’ve been invited by Fairy Liquid (your godmother, nothing to do with washing the dishes) to a banquet, to help break the Beast’s curse. Stylish cocktails and canapés will be offered to kick off the evening in style, before tucking in to a sumptuous spread of three courses fit for a Beast as the story unfolds.

If you break the romantic spell, then the real party can start, no longer being a hairy brute is a good enough reason to celebrate, and the night descends into madness. The chandeliers will be swinging (not necessarily with your hanging off them), there’ll be dancing on the tables, cocktails flowing and the DJs lead you into the early hours through what will be an extraordinary experience.

As they say…you’ll come as a beauty and leave as a beast…

Beauty and the Feast runs from 6th October 2017 – 14th January 2018
