Champagne lovers (i.e. everyone) get ready because we have information that’s going to change your mood and your entire outlook on the world. Okay, maybe not that last one, but the first is guaranteed. The Botanist Sloane Square is reopening with a brand new elegant look after its makeover, AND a stunning menu from newly appointed Head Chef Ameya Bhalekar. Exciting as this is, however, we’re talking about something else. Free champagne! That’s right, free champagne – and on a Monday what better news to lift the spirits?
Those who have already experienced the awesome adventure and botanical cocktail bonanza that is The Botanist will be pleased to know the wait is over – the iconic Chelsea outfit reopens TODAY. And it’s celebrating with a complimentary glass of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut for the first 200 diners when booking via the website.
With the sophisticated new look – navy, green and rose colours with leather banquettes and intimate lighting, plus a brassy bar – comes a sophisticated new food selection. Modern European dishes make up the all-day menu, with starters like raw bass ceviche with citrus, pickled onion, jalapeño and sweet potato, as well as breakfasts and brunches like coconut and chia seed pots and shakshuka with peppers and eggs. Perfect to munch on while enjoying a spot of people-watching – and if it’s good enough for royals and the cast of Made in Chelsea (not that we follow them or anything) it’s good enough for us.
Now whether you’re a practised champagne connoisseur or more the kind of person who drinks cinnamon latte out of a mug that reads ‘Save water – drink champagne!’ (no judging, cinnamon lattes are delicious), these champagne shenanigans are up everyone’s street. So get your skates on and book, for all the champagne and all the warm, fuzzy feels.
The Botanist Sloane Square reopens on 2nd October.
