There’s no reason to curb your enthusiasm, instead let’s celebrate KERB turning five!
Streetfood specialists KERB have been trailblazing the London market scene since 2012. As streetfood has taken off in the UK, KERB has been every step of the way, leading from the front and running their free all-weekender public events and their six famous street food markets at London Bridge, King’s Cross, West India Quay, The Gherkin, Paddington, and KERB Camden Market.
To celebrate, join KERB for their 5th birthday party in what’s being billed as a “star-studded birthday bonanza” with a lineup of some of the best streetfooders that have passed through the KERB machine over the years.
Look forward to colaborations including Bleecker Burger and Bao, a pair of London’s street food titans going head-to-head with their a surprise “blao” invention, while Decatur and Project Sandwich will be in residence with their NYC Bodega store deli sandwiches. Not to be outdone, Oh My Dog and the Ribman will be on-hand with ‘The Rib Dog’, heritage breed franks piled high with Ribman’s signature “Holy Fuck” hot sauce smothered meat.
Also in attendance will be Club Mexicana and Dosa Deli and their vegan bhaji-battered Keralan tofish tacos, Sheng High and Greedy Khao with a selection of khao soi guo tie dumplings on curry soup noodles, Kimchinary and BBQ Dreamz bringing along a mystery Korean vs Filipino bbq fusion, doughnut ice cream toasties from Vickys and Blu Top, mac and cheese piadinas from Anna Mae’s and The Piadina Project and, as if all that wasn’t enough, Nonna’s x Capish will be providing Napolitan choc ices.
It’s an impressive line up of ‘KERBlaborations’ and one that’s only fitting given how prominent they are in the streetfood world.
