The No Menu Supper Club

If you’re indecisive when it comes to ordering, how would you feel if there was no menu? Not even a set menu, just no menu. That’s what’s happening at Italian restaurant, Mercante, each month they will be hosting a four-course supper club with wine pairings and the menu will only be revealed when you arrive.

Inspired by the bustling markets of great Italian cities as well as drawing on head chef, Davide D’Ignazio’s travels, the menu might include such as rabbit cacciatora paired with Terre bianche torbato di Alghero or pomegranate panna cotta with a glass of Vino santo Della Valdichiana. During the evening, you’ll also be able to watch Davide cook in front of you as he creates each dish. It’s a supper club with surprises and entertainment.

The ‘no menu’ Mercante Supper Club runs on the third Thursday of the month starting on the 16th November.
