MeatUp, the popular Wandsworth BBQ restaurant, has just launched its burger pop-up in Chelsea.
A place where you can build your perfect burger of choice. Toppings as outrageous as mac’n’cheese or as classic as bacon are all on the menu. The patties are a deliciously secret blend of short-rib, brisket, sirloin, and ribeye just to name a few. The buns themselves can come in a variety of hues.
For this festive season the Christmas burger features roast turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, sliced brussel sprouts, and brie all sandwiched between two halves of a red bun, pinned together with a candy cane.
Feeling festive yet?
Depending on the selection of your bun, you can choose a bespoke matching drink. For example the midnight hued bun can be nicely accompanied by a Charcoal Cobbler. A drink made with a charcoal infused rum, vanilla, orange, lime and served with flowers. With the red bun however, MeatUp recommend the Beetini, a delicious blend of beetroot, gin, hibiscuses, and elderflower.
It all sounds pretty tantalising from the juicy burgers to their sweet alcoholic pairings, so get yourself down there.
