Looking svelte and borderline skinny, former fat man celebrity chef, Tom Kerridge, is set to open a new restaurant at The Corinthia Hotel. We’re just hoping that the food isn’t going to be too super-healthy!
We needn’t worry, although it’s yet to be named we do know that the menu is going to be British brasserie-style, and if his previous successes are anything to go by this is going to be another stunner.
The heavyweight chef and some-time TV presenter, known for BBC Two’s Food Detectives and Bake Off: Crème de la Crème as well as losing 12 stone last year, built up The Hand and Flowers and The Coach, both in Marlow, to much acclaim. He’ll now be stepping into the space left by Massimo, which departs later this year.
This will be his first London venture and one that we will be watching as closely as Kerridge watches his new waistline.
The yet-to-be-named restaurant opens summer 2018.
