DEFINE.London: Fitzrovia’s New Fitness Studio

This weekend sees the launch of DEFINE.London’s Fitzrovia studio. It’s mission? To help sculpt a stronger, healthier and more inspired version of you.

Located on Great Portland Street, the studio couldn’t be further from the garishly coloured gyms, with worn mats and shouty slogans on the walls. Instead it’s fresh, light tranquil and calm, providing the ideal place to work out in peace. We’re hoping it also means you won’t have the weightlifters who grunt so loudly that you’re either put off or you’re having to suppress your laughter as you watch them from your bike.

Just because the space is relaxed, doesn’t mean that the workouts are any less strenuous; especially if you opt for the DEFINE Barre Balance class, which adds in a bosu ball to the already intense barre class. It’s going to challenge your balance skills and delve deeper into any muscle weaknesses you have. It’s also the first of its kind in the UK, impressive.  Other classes include dance cardio; run club; mat express and arm and ab express – it’s time to get defined.

DEFINE.London Fitzrovia launches this weekend – 10th -11th March 2018.
