Two Tribes, not Frankie Goes To Hollywood’s second-most-famous song, but the name given to London’s newest brew room and taphouse coming to King’s Cross. Expect to be visiting this place a lot this summer as the venue will be competing with the likes of Boxpark et al.
Two Tribes KX (the KX bit is King’s Cross, in case you’d not clicked) promises to be a hub for live, cutting edge, music, street food and craft beer, all under one roof and spilling outside to their large courtyard space.
Given it’s located in the creative music and media hub of Tileyard Studios, Two Tribes KX will be hosting the leading lights of the music industry and emerging artists, having teamed up with Island Records. Which will also give Two Tribes KX the perfect excuse to put their Funktion One Sound System through it’s paces.
And it’s not just music, the 2,500 sq ft events space boasts an onsite brewery, giving punters the chance to try the eclectic array of beers on tap, along with a selection of small batch spirits from local suppliers. And accompanying the drinks there will, of course, be food. Street food is well and truly ON, with alfresco dining providing the perfect opportunity for some of the best names in street fooding to provide ample options. Already confirmed are burger legends Patty & Bun.
Two Tribes KX opens on Monday 9th April and looks set to be one of 2018’s most talked about event space openings.
