I’m not the best cook out there, but I can still survive on my cooking… I think. I doubt I’ll be hosting dinner parties any time soon. And when I’m too lazy to cook, I go to a restaurant. Relatable enough? Well if you’re interested in improving your cooking skills, so you don’t end up wasting money on restaurant dishes, why not learn to be able to make them at home?

Following the success of Claridge’s cookbook, they are launching a series of masterclasses to teach home cooks that are eager to discover the secrets behind their menu. Guests will be learning three signature dishes to make the ‘perfect menu’: Truffled lobster risotto, Claridge’s Chicken Pie, and Chocolate soufflé. With practice and determination, you’ll be an amateur chef in no time!  Impress your family, impress your friends, and perhaps even join Master Chef, or Bake Off? Executive Chef Martyn Nail (who has been at this for more than 30 years!), he will be holding the classes in Claridge’s kitchens, and guests will enjoy a 3 course lunch afterwards.
