What’s better than having cocktails on a hot summer night looking over a view of the city surrounded by a beautiful garden? I can’t think of an alternative idea, because that sounds like something everyone needs. The fresh flower scent, sipping on your type of cocktail, and the beautiful sun that sets on the skyline, sounds like the best way to enjoy the summer.

Inspired by the botanical garden in the sky, Sky Garden is launching a summer pop up bar at Fenchurch Terrace, which is 37 floors up in the sky. It’s a celebration of the botanical essence of the garden with a floral Rosolio aperitivo-focused menu. Collaborating with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, the limited-edition of the summer bar will be serving quintessentially Italian cocktails mixed by head bartender Gaspare Di Carlo. Italicus champions the citrus fruit bergamot, the menu will include the Italicus Spritz, made with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and prosecco; and the Negroni Bianco, mixed with Italicus, Vermouth and London dry gin. Fenchurch Restaurant’s Head Chef Daniel Fletcher will be complimenting the cocktails with seasonal bites, including roast Isle of Mull scallop with spring peas, dulse seaweed and Lilliput capers and Mara de Bois strawberry and basil “Eton Mess”.

Fancy glass clinking on a perfectly hidden spot in the sky, it’s secluded and luxurious, and with an unbeatable view. It sounds like paradise after dinner.
