The House of Apothecary Where You Can Make Your Own Gin

Gin isn’t just our adopted unofficial official spirit of London, it’s also steeped in history and has many medicinal properties. It’s good for fighting malaria, being a superfood, helping digestion and keeping your joints happy.*

Why the gin lesson? Because Granary Square Brasserie and Fever-Tree have joined together to launch the Physic Garden terrace and now they are about to open the House of Apothecary, a series of curated gin blending dinners.

You’ll learn about the history and medicinal properties of the gin, the botanicals used to create gin and you’ll get to blend your own gin to take home. Dinner will include the likes of risotto, shrimp and avocado burgers and chicken Milanese and of course, plenty of gin.

*Obviously don’t replace medicine or your green juice with gin, that’s never a good idea.

The gin blending dinners will be taking place on the Wednesday 20th June, Wednesday 18th July and Saturday 18th August 2018.
