Sample the best produce Britain has to offer at Blueprint Café. The newly refurbished spot is offering a 4-part dinner series to showcase homegrown food and alcohol, giving guest a chance to see all UK cuisine can be.
The food comes after chef Mini Patel invited local brewers, winemakers, distillers and fishmongers to show off their finest products, and the result is a Thursday night supper each week to take diners around the country with each bite.
The next dinner will center around the wines of South Downs. Nyetimber’s Steffan Griffiths will be bringing the choicest bottles to pair up with a delicious 5-course meal. Starting with the Classic Cuvée Multi-Vintage matched up with hot, sweet and sour Colchester oysters, the dining experience is not to be missed.
Next up on the schedule is South Bermondsey. Diners will get to enjoy the local Small Beer Brew Company’s beers. The drinks are brewed between 0.5 and 2.8% ABC, representing an entirely new beer experience. The innovative drinks are to be matched with five courses of carnivorous dishes such as short rib croquettes and grilled sirloin of Hereford beef.
The series will end in Cornwall, with the regional seafood supplier Flying Fish visiting London to delight diners. Guests will be surprised with the catches of the day, underscored with fresh produce and cocktails.
Every week will be vastly different, so ticketed guests cannot get bored!
