The Handbook

Kudos to Brigadiers – they only opened last month and already the words free-flowing are being thrown about like they’re going out of fashion, and we’re totally loving it.

Free-Flowing Sundays will be gracing Brigadiers restaurant offering free-flowing drinks and live sport to accompany their Indian Roast menus. It appears Brigadiers are graciously acknowledging the fact that just because it’s Sunday, doesn’t mean drinks aren’t on the Indian food embellished table. Whilst the World Cup might be a distant memory and the chimes of “it’s coming home” have drifted off like tumble weed, there are a whole host of other sporting events you can enjoy on live sporting action screens, (that don’t involve a sea of beer stained England shirts and fans with heads in hand). Alongside the sporting action and drinks galore will be a three-course BBQ roast menu which features dishes such as original butter masala rotisserie baby chicken, dry tandoori masala steak and gobhi achar, with desserts of chocolate and coconut Kulfi and more.

Which drinks are bottomless, you ask? Well there’s Brigadiers lager, Prosecco or Paloma cocktails, which is a refreshing mix of tequila and…OK, maybe tequila isn’t necessarily refreshing, but the rhubarb shrub, lime leaf and grapefruit soda accompaniments are. You add these bottomless babes for an additional cost.

And, if you like to party, party… (which you will after a Paloma cocktail, or two) then you’ve got the Super Sunday party to get yourself down to, which also celebrates the start of the Premiership Football League… “IT’S COMI…” Ok, sorry it’s already home.

The Free-Flowing Sundays at Brigadiers begin on the 12thof August at 1-5 Bloomberg Arcade, EC4N 8AR,
