What’s likely to get us Londoners more excited than a gin experience? A 1920s gin experience. Yep, the roaring twenties and the juniper-based spirit get us giddy and this winter our excitement levels will be tipping over as Tanqueray will be hosting a uniquely curated gin experience with Tanqueray No. TEN aboard the Belmond British Pullman.
Board the iconic train at London Victoria Station and journey through the autumnal English countryside and back to the golden age of travel before an evening of decadent dining, live music and of course plenty of gin. Starting with a Tanqueray No. TEN gin and tonic reception, a seven -course menu will then be served with matching cocktails with each dish created to bring to life the citrus botanicals found in Tanqueray No. TEN. Gin fact fans Tanqueray No. Ten was the first super-premium gin to be launched and the is the first gin to use fresh citrus fruits in the distillation process.
After the dinner, which will be silver service naturally, Tanqueray’s Brand Ambassador and the World Class Bartender of the year (Australia 2015) Jack Scotti will be hosting an exclusive masterclass where he’ll be teaching guests how to create the perfect gin martini.
Set to be a train experience like no other (namely because you won’t be with a lot of commuters stuck in the corridor) this is one of the most luxurious gin experiences you’ll find.
Tanqueray will host the luxurious Belmond ‘pop-up’ dining experience on the 22nd November 2018.
