Regardless of whether you’ve been naughty or nice, Winterville is coming to town. Clapham Old Town. London’s relentless appetite for artisanal foodie pop-up street markets knows no bounds, which is why Clapham Common is about to get a makeover in the form of at least 25 traders, plus live music and general festivities, all behind a big metal barrier that’ll spoil your sunset Instas but presumably keeps the riff-raff out.

As will the £2 entry fee (£5 on Friday and Saturday evenings but, Brucie Bonus, it’s free on Tuesdays – so that’s when I’ll be going then). And what’ll I see?

Plenty of street fooders, that’s what. Notably there’s the Street Feast arena. Street Feast are pretty much the kings of the genre,  so expect big things. The likes of Up In My Grill, with their fondue steak sandwiches, INK, who will be bringing their spiced Christmas fish nuggets, Raclette Brothers and their cheese machine plus soughdoughists Born & Raised.

There’s also a pudding area, so grab some DIY s’mores (think homemade Wagon Wheel) courtesy of Chin Chin Labs, crispy Churros with Belgian chocolate dipping sauce from Love Churros, while You Doughnut will be on hand with hot, fresh doughnutty goodness.

Drinks will be a’plenty, thanks to Brew Camp (craft beer), or try a Frozen Toffee Vodka from one of the Happy Cabins, or hang out in Winterville’s own on-site cozy pub, the Bar Humbug.

It’s not just foodie fun, there’s also the prospect of ice skating, a roller disco and Plonk Golf to look forward to.

What more reason could you possibly need to head to Clapham Common and check out Winterville?

Winterville arrives on Thursday 15th November and runs until Wednesday 23rd January
