Le Pont de la Tour, the French Thames-side restaurant by Tower Bridge (clue’s in le nom), have launched a new cheese room and it comes with its own private fondue waiter.

The intimate dining experience takes place throughout January in one of their posh sheds overlooking the Thames and the hut comes with the ultimate fondue feast. Take up to three friends and enjoy a three course menu with Champagne. The menu, starting with one of France’s oldest cheeses, Fourme d’Ambert, accompanied with chicory velouté, red Port shallots and a glass of Moét and Chandon, followed by a main of Le Pont de la Tour’s signature fondue feast, including emmental and gruyere cheese mixed in with white wine and with a pudding of course of warm and gooey chocolate fondant.

Could there be a better way to say halloumi to the new year? Cheddar get booking, we reckon the cheese cabins are going to be incredibly popular.
