Avo look at this! A famous avocado restaurant is coming to London for two weeks and two weeks only and if the photos are anything to go by, we’re pushing in front of everyone in the queue to be the first in line. The Avocado Show is quite the spectacle, as a famed Amsterdam restaurant that’s raked in the Instagram followers and won everyone over with its whacky and temptatious avocado creations.

The pop-up will run from March 11-24 at Bluebird Chelsea and whilst this is the restaurant’s London debut we’re crossing our fingers, toes and other bits for the famed venue to take up permanent residency on British soil.

The restaurant is known for its use of sustainable and socially responsible avocados, as well as boasting a serious millennial influence throughout, seen via neon and pastel colour schemes and, of course, the theme of avocados. The brains behind the avo madness visited certified farmers and growers in Chile, Mexico, Peru and South Africa to bring the most sustainable avocado’s to our plates, their future’s being most certainly green!

The pop-up will showcase five of the restaurant’s most famed dishes, including The Bun Burger with a wagyu beef patty served between an avo’ bun; and The Benny Boy, which is an avocado topped with bacon, poached eggs and a house-made hollandaise sauce.

Well, we guess there’s nothing more to say than Avocado Show, you’re everything we’ve avo wanted!

The Avocado Show will take place on the 11-24 of March at 350 King’s Road, Chelsea, SW3 5UU, www.theavocadoshow.com
