We may have just waved goodbye to our last bank holiday for a while (sobs), but that doesn’t mean we have to kiss goodbye to the beloved brunch! If you didn’t get a chance to indulge in the millennial weekend staple last weekend, fear not! This weekend, we’re saying bye-bye to brunch FOMO, and hello to London’s first brunch festival!

We’re so egg-cited London Brunch Fest is returning for a second year, shining light on some of London’s star brunch eateries. From 31st August to 1st September, The Old Truman Brewery will be transformed into a brunch heaven, and you’re invited!

If you think choosing a brunch dish at your fave little café was hard enough, imagine how hard it’s going to be to choose from London’s finest artisan brunch eateries… Or, you could just make your way around every vendor, devouring every dish, and quite honestly, challenge accepted.

Wondering which your favourite brunch joints will be making an appearance? Well, we’re told to expect a mega amount of avo variations from the legends at Avobar, espresso infused bacon from The Espresso Room, the bacon butty kings Le Swine will also be filling the air with that dream bacon scent, and, of course, there’s gonna be a whole lotta of eggy delights about as well.

If you’re craving something a little more sweet, then you’ll want to head to the new Sweet Sweet area, because it’s filled with everything from oozy brownies, stuffed doughnuts caked in sugar, and boozy popsicles too!

Talking of booze, of course, there’s going to be fizz and cocktails stands dotted around too! As well as a Bloody Mary vendor and espresso martinis around every corner that’ll give a burst of energy to boogie the day away to Shakshuka Sunday’s music set, and a special DJ set from DJ Ari Houmous. And, if you’re wondering if you can just get a blooming cuppa with your cake, then don’t worry, there’s soy much speciality tea and artisan coffee.

Across the two days, there’ll be some grate brunch inspired talks and workshops from the kings and queens of brunch themselves. As well as your chance to sample and buy your favourite brunch-related goodies for the foodies who couldn’t make it to the festie. It doesn’t get much breader than this!

There’s not mushroom for these foodie puns anymore, grub your tickets for London Brunch Fest here.
