Executive Chef Luke Matthews and Simon Young will join forces to create a pop-up dining experience at The Rib Room Bar and Restaurant. Guests will be able to enjoy The Rib Room’s signature dishes such as the rib of beef and Dover sole, and Luke will manage the running of the restaurant, training The Rib Room kitchen team to re-create the selected dishes from The Dining Room’s menu.
