Ji Young Kim is Executive Chef of Balwoo Gongyang in Seoul, one of only two Michelin-starred Temple Food restaurants in the world. She will be visiting London from Korea to host a complimentary cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu. Tickets are complimentary on a first-come-first-served basis.
