Celebrate Diwali Festival with a cocktail from Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin 

Mixologist Georgi Pertov (@justshakeorstir) has created a delicious cocktail to be enjoyed this weekend in celebration of Diwali on Saturday, 14th November. To mix up your own Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin ‘Indian Light’ cocktail, follow the simple steps below. 

Ingredients:

35ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin 

25ml Jasmine Verte Liqueur

15ml Saveur Rose Syrup

30ml Himalayan and Hibiscus tea

2 dashes Dr Adam Teapot Bitters

Pink Prosecco or Rosé Sparkling Wine

Garnish – edible rose petals.

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker with the first five ingredients, adding everything bar the Prosecco and garnish. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top up with the pink Prosecco or rosé sparkling wine, garnish with edible rose petals and enjoy.
