From an iconic fashion designer’s new rug collection to an Instagram star turning her hand to candles and the collar that will have your home looking like the inside of a Soho House hotel, these are the interiors launches and products to bookmark this month.

DVF X The Rug Company

DVF X The Rug Company’s ‘On The Wild Side’ collection brings her signature style and love of bold animal prints to five stunning handcrafted rugs. The collaboration is the fifth for the designer and interiors brand, who have worked together for 20 years.

Diane cites her own life in fashion as a source of inspiration, taking notes from everything from a 1970s Vogue cover to her own current collection.

Favourites include the Climbing Cubs design available in a soft blush pink and a rich jewel-toned green, as well as a leopard print motif in a kaleidoscope of colour. Each design is crafted from a fine fusion of wool and silk (spoiler alert: they’re not cheap) and will add an almost art piece to a room as well as comfort underfoot.

Henry Holland’s Ceramic Lighting

Another fashion-meets-interiors collaboration for you now in the form of Henry Holland’s new ceramic lighting collection. Once known for his tongue-in-cheek slogan T-shirts which referenced icons of the fashion industry – remember ‘Get your freak on Giles Deacon’ and ‘Give us a toss Karlie Kloss’? – the poster child for London’s indie sleaze era is all grown up and naturally turned his hand to ceramics.

The collection has been hand-built in Hackney by Henry himself and a small team of ceramicists, using the nerikomi technique – a process of stacking different coloured clays on top of each other. The outcome is stunning, with oversized lighting options as well as side tables, that will become focal points in your room.

The collection is available via www.henryhollandstudio.com and Sister by Studio Ashby.

Poodle Blonde x Vitamin D Project

Vintage-inspired interiors brand Poodle & Blonde has joined forces with Africa of The Vitamin D Project – she’s also an art director, brand consultant, writer, and mum of four – to create a limited edition soft furnishings collection.

In an ode to Africa’s own grandparents and all those of the Windrush generation, the collection reimagines prints and fabrics from her West Indian roots, as well as her love of vintage and sustainable living.

The collection has been titled ‘London is the Place for Me’ which has a wonderfully retro aesthetic with faded tones, seersucker linens and soft botanical prints. You can feel that the pieces were inspired partly by Africa’s grandparents’ 1960s home and everything from the rusty-hued Joyce cushion with yellow, earthly greens and brown trims to the charmingly named Nanny Striped Linen Lamp will add some interiors joy to your home.

Eym + Lucy Williams

If you’ve followed fashion blogger and Insta star Lucy Williams for a while you will know she has an undisputed eye for interiors.

Her home has made it onto the pages of House & Garden and The Sunday Times Style and her wedding were also featured in Vogue no less, so it feels like a dip into the interiors world was inevitable for Lucy.

That dip comes in the form of a natural, sustainable candle collection. Teaming up with Eym, Lucy has created two refillable candles set in stunning hand-blown Murano glass.

There’s the “Blue”glass, inspired by Lucy’s own home snug – a place to get cosy, light the fire and pour a glass of wine – that is intended to be filled with a fully refillable REST candle, a blend of Bergamot, Black Pepper and Orange.

Then there is “Lilac” which was inspired by Lucy’s hallway and sitting room, evoking a sense of peace upon arriving home. Add to that the Eym EDEN scent – Cedarwood, Ginger, Neroli and Violet Leaf – and you’ve got a blissful nook to encourage inner peace and serenity.

The duo has also commissioned artist Georgia Beaumont to create the box cover artwork making these a number one gift idea for any interiors enthusiast out there.

Coat x Laura Jackson

On to another paint collab, this time with broadcaster, co-Founder of interiors website Glassette and Instagram star, Laura Jackson.

Laura has long been loved for her interiors style – just check out her enviable East London home on Instagram – and this season joins forces with luxury emulsion brand Coat to create ‘The Parisian Edit’.

Inspired by the nuanced palette of Parisian brasseries, bars and apartments, the selection of neutrals and richer bold shades will bring a joie de vivre to your walls. The colours are both stunning and practical, and the names bring a smack of joy with them too – think Brasserie Brown, The Tobacconist, Café Flore, Bookstore, Voltaire, and Pablo. J’adore.
