Next month in July, Martin Morales’ Ceviche is hitting the road on a ten date pop-up tour bringing Ceviche to every corner of Britain. The Peruvian restaurant began life as a pop-up in London last year before finding a permanent home in Soho in March. The tour, which will be taking in destinations from Edinburgh to Padstow, will give people from across the country the chance to try dishes from Morales’ upcoming book Ceviche Peruvian Kitchen.
