GAIL’s & Rebecca Hossack Art Trail

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Rebecca Hossack Gallery, it is launching a collaboration with GAIL’s, showcasing artists and their work inside GAIL’s Artisan Bakery and GAIL’s Kitchen. Until September, each location will display a Hossack artist’s work with pieces being shown on the walls and in the store windows. The first ten customers to visit every GAIL’s location will win dinner at GAIL's Kitchen as well as a limited edition print from the Rebecca Hossack Gallery. London’s first tofu bar launches at Naga

Pan Asian Restaurant and Bar, Naga, has just launched London’s first dedicated Tofu Bar. Executive Head Chef Silken Tofu, Fachri Syarief, uses a special type of tofu called Silken, made from Soy Milk but with a smoother creamier texture due to a slower coagulation process. Syarief describes it as ‘akin to a mild and savory crème caramel’! His Mixed Tofu Platter features Tofu with roasted tomato, Crispy tofu with seven spice pepper and citrus wasabi dip and steamed. New Italian restaurant Acciuga opens on Kensington High Steet today. Brains behind the venture is 24 year old former lawyer and projessional rugby player, Guglielmo Arnulfo. The venue will focus on food from Arnulfo's childhood, specialising in the dishes from the region of Liguria, in Italy. Arnulfo has been honing his cooking skills for three years and has developed the menu himself.
