Scottish restaurant group, Boisdale, is joining forces with family owned caviar dynasty, Gourmet House and serving caviar with some of its best loved dishes – including traditional British favourite, Fish and Chips. The £40 Caviar and Chips comprises 30g of Gourmet House Italian Baerii caviar served with Boisdale chips.
