Mash aka the Modern American Steak House opens its first overseas restaurant in London’s Brewer Street next week and promises premium steaks, an extensive wine list and stunning interior design. Mash is the brainchild of Copenhagen Concepts, which also owns Le Sommelier and Umami. There are five Mash restaurants in Copenhagen. The Art Deco site was once an integral part of the 800 room Regent Palace Hotel, built between 1910 and 1913.
