New bar for Hush

Today marks the relaunch of the Mayfair restaurant’s new first floor Cocktail Lounge following a major renovation. The new-look lounge has been designed by Alex Michaelis of Michaelis Boyd (Soho House Group, Tom’s Kitchen) and will feature a refreshed cocktail menu including the Hush Champagne Cocktail (Tattinger, violet liqueur and elderflower foam) and four Hush Spritzers, each matched to a different variety of grape, such as Pinot Grigio & Strawberry and Chardonnay & Peach. New Basque style eaterie, Donstia is the brainchild of Nemanja Borjanovic and Melody Adams who run wine merchant, Mountain Valley Wines. They were inspired to open a Basque restaurant after they discovered the town of San Sebastian whilst on a wine sourcing trip.
