Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens, has bought his ‘best British’ style to the banks of the Thames and this summer, his much loved Chelsea restaurant, Tom’s Kitchen, has set up camp and permanent residence at Somerset House. Paramount for Sale?

Amid recent speculation that its chief executive and its chairman are set to quit, Paramount Restaurants which operates, among others, the Chez Gérard chain, is expected to be put up for sale with property agent, Christie + Co. Robert Cook Hotel Expansion

Robert Cook, chief executive of Malmaison and Hotel du Vin, is thought to be resuming the expansion of the two boutique hotel brands after 18 months of consolidation.
