The Girl On Girl Action You Need In Your Life

If you’ve ever blunderingly wondered if ‘female comedians really can be funny?’ or you’ve loudly pointed out that there are ‘far more famous male chefs’, then Girl On Girl, the female led comedy and food night isn’t for you. Best leave your misogony by your Wetherspoon’s 2-4-1 meal and let girl-on-girl remain a frequently used search term on your internet browser. The one-night-only event comes courtesy of Mam Sham (less better known […]

So Dogtails Are A Thing Now

It’s National Pet Month (yes it’s real, we checked) and to celebrate Smith & Whistle have introduced the ‘dogtail’. Their dogtail menu, London’s first permanent drinks list created entirely for canine consumption, has arrived at the Sheraton Grand’s bar and it’s guaranteed to get tails wagging. The dogtail menu sees the bar’s expert mixology staff team up with David Jackson, a specialist in canine nutrition, to create a menu of four drinks carefully designed to be nutritionally valuable and tasty. We’re half tempted to try them ourselves. The menu will include the ‘Poochie Colada’, made from equal amounts of kale and broccoli blended […]

Make Room For Tapas At The Tapas Room

If there’s one thing we’ve always got room for it’s tapas. So with this in mind, The Tapas Room was pretty perfect. But is there room for two Tapas Rooms? Deptford Market Yard think so. In an incredibly short time it’s become a mainstay of Tooting Broadway Market’s thriving food scene and so, building on that success, they’ve decided to open a second restaurant, this time in Deptford Market Yard. The Tapas Room combines a mind-bogglingly wide […]
