Split across two floors, The Vincent will be made up of a 50-cover restaurant downstairs with a further 20-covers upstairs and, when the sun decides to make an appearance, there’ll be space for another 50 diners on the outdoor terrace. A Mediterranean Terrace is Coming to the Southbank

It’s no secret that Britain goes crazy when the sun decides to shine. Even if it’s only for a few hours, many of us will unapologetically head to the beach and soak up as much of the heat without getting any dodgy tan lines. Inspired by the spectacularly scenic French Riviera, Mondrian’s stylishly designed heated exterior extends along the […]

Princess and the Pea

A Princess and the Pea-Themed Stay

Someone wise once said, ‘If you lose your shoe at night…you’re drunk’. Tongue in cheek coffee shop blackboards and TfL whiteboards are full of wisdom and whilst we can’t all live a real life fairytale (cocktails are just too appealing), we can now be a princess for day. In fact, call that a night. We told you about the sellout Beauty and the Beast-inspired afternoon tea a couple of months ago, but now it’s the turn of Hans Christian Andersen’s Princess and the Pea to be reimagined; as a Garden Pea cocktail (made with gin, St Germain liquor, olive oil, […]
