Today sees the opening of The Tapas Room, a new drink shop, deli and eatery opening in Tooting Broadway Market from the pair behind Donostia Social Club – Paul Belcher and Adrian Copplestone. Arthur Hooper was a fruit salesman who occupied 8 Stoney Street back in the days when Queen Victoria ruled.
