This week sees the opening of Poco, the Bristol based restaurant which is now opening its restaurant in Broadway Market in Hackney. Run by Tom Hunt, Ben Pryor and Jen Best, Poco centres around, 100% seasonal, locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and tapas- a fine partnership.
