Opening its first location in St Paul’s today is Suchef featuring a menu created by Bernhard Engelhardt and nutritional therapist Charlotte Watts using the sous-vide cooking technique which seals in flavour without damaging the nutritional element of the food and sees meat, fish and veg vacuum packed and cooked in a temperature controlled water bath.
