Boulangerie Francois: Grey Goose Pop-up Artisan Bakery

From 28th November until 30th November, Grey Goose will be opening a special pop-up artisan bakery on Shaftesbury Avenue. The Boulangerie will celebrate the wonderful ingredients used to make Grey Goose vodka, and will feature ‘Grey Goose Pain’ made from soft winter wheat from Picardie and a selection of confitures made using the flavoured Grey Goose vodkas. Visitors will be able to sample the bread and confitures free of charge, but are invited to make a donation towards the Elton John Aids Foundation. www.greygoose.com

This contemporary Mexican from Tarun Mahrotri and Arjun Waney (Zuma, Roka, Arts Club) mixes indigenous Mexican ingredients with both classic and modern dishes and drinks. Peyote is the colloquial name for a small cactus (Lophophora williamsii), native to the Chihuahuan desert.
