New to Exmouth Market is Paesan, a rustic bar and kitchen serving simple, authentic Italian dishes. The first solo venture from Antony Brown (Pasta Brown, Covent Garden), Paesan will embrace cucina povera, the Italian tradition of using simple ingredients to prepare honest and flavoursome food. The menu has been created by head chef Mattia Antonioni (Polpo, The Ivy Club and Assaggi). Meat and seafood dishes sit alongside pizza fritta and pasta plates.
