Wahaca Southbank

Launching in the last week of June at the Southbank Centre is Wahaca's ‘big experiment’ – a restaurant made up of recycled shipping containers – and planning to be Wahaca's most ambitious project to date pushing the boundaries of sustainable restaurant build. The launch co-incides with the Southbank Centre's summer-long Festival of the World. The temporary restaurant will be perched on the terrace of the Queen Elizabeth Hall, overlooking the Thames. The new 85 room Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge is designed by Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel and Partners and pays tribute to Bulgari’s silversmith origins. The rooms and suites feature silk curtains with patterns inspired by some of the classic Bulgari jewellery designs, and lamps inspired by Bulgari’s silver candlesticks.
