New Basque style eaterie, Donstia is the brainchild of Nemanja Borjanovic and Melody Adams who run wine merchant, Mountain Valley Wines. They were inspired to open a Basque restaurant after they discovered the town of San Sebastian whilst on a wine sourcing trip.
