At Franco Manca, the first Thursday of the month means pizza making when experienced pizza chefs will host a masterclass on how to create those famous sourdough pizzas from Naples with organic tomatoes, flour from the renowned Molino Caputo and the freshest mozzarella from Somerset’s Greens Organic Farm. Owned by chef Jad Youssef and his partner Aga Ilska, there are currently two London sites – the original in Green’s Court Soho and also Winsley Street.
