Back in 2013, friends Marcus and Fergus founded Chop & Chip. They’ve spent the last couple of years serving up street food in their 1972 Airstream van ‘Big Bertha’ and today they are launching their first permanent site. Opening in Camden Market, the concept is simple, as the name suggests it’s all about chops.
