Partnership Article

The Portman Estate is literally giving away free coffee to visitors to the area as a thank you for continuing to support the wonderful independent retailers in the area by offering a free hot drink with any purchase at a number of cafes and bakeries. And with the cold season digging in, there’s no better way to ply the streets of Portman Marylebone than clutching a winter warmer!

Redeem your cuppa with a purchase of any additional item…
The scheme, which runs across the Portman Estate works simply. Just follow the @portmanmarylebone Instagram account and slip into their DMs by sending a direct message with the word ‘coffee’ to receive a special code or if you don’t have social media don’t worry, The Portman Estate has also set-up a dedicated email address for you to claim the offer, ensuring everyone can enjoy a free coffee in Portman Marylebone. Simply email the word coffee to portmanmarylebone@portmanestate.co.uk.
The next part is easy. Take your newly quoted code into any of the participating stores to redeem your cuppa with a purchase of any additional item.
Coffee shops taking part include the likes of the marvellous monochrome of Monocole Cafe to the brilliant Boxcar Baker & Deli, a breakfast, lunch and post-work nibbles must-visit.
GAIL’S Bakery (home to some of London’s best bread!) is, obviously taking part, while so is Aussie destination Daisy Green, which brings all the antipodean passion for coffee to bear that you’d expect.
Or why not swing by Shreeji News, a reassuring constant in Portman Marylebone since 1982, a specialist newsagent founded and run by local hero Sandeep Garg, or else grab a mug of the black stuff from Chiltern Street Deli, packed with artisan treats and bespoke goods.
Whichever you choose, the streets of Portman Marylebone are paved in free coffee until Christmas Eve.

With 150 free coffees on offer every day, and a maximum of one coffee per person, the early bird gets more than the worm, with drinks included in the offer covering espresso, Americano, short black, hot chocolate, tea, cappuccino, latte and macchiato.
