If your January diet is yet to materialise then Ahi Poké has the answer. Fitness gurus Psycle London has teamed up with the poké specialists to produce a new solution to get you along the road to healthiness.
Ahi Poké has come up with a limited edition poké bowl, with the help of nutritionist, Rhian Stephenson, the CEO of boutique fitness studios Psycle, a health combo made in heaven.
The bowl will include kale (naturally) topped with marinated tofu, pickled ginger, kimchi cucumber, coconut roasted sweet potato, burnt corn, coriander and a green tahini dressing.
As if you needed any more post-Christmas-binge encouragment, the first 50 Psycle bowls sold each day will come with a free fitness class.
Having discovered poké while travelling in California, Ahi Poké founders Jeremy Coste, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche brought a fresh outlook on the traditional Hawaiian raw-fish dish combining flavours with an Asian and South American fusion.
Meanwhile Psycle’s fitness studios provide full body workout on bikes accompanied in blaring stereo by the perfect workout mix. Run by Canadian nutritionist and naturopath Rhian Stephenson it’s a vision that’s gone well beyond a spinning class, with two Energy Kitchen smoothie bars as well as three fitness studios.
The time to get healthy has never been so close to hand, nor the solution. Head to Ahi Poké!
