So, you like your cocktails? Do you know who Tony Conigliaro is? If you don’t, it’s time for a cocktail education. He is the internationally renowned drinks innovator behind bars such as 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini, as well as the acclaimed Drink Factory. Why are we telling you this? Because this month he will open his third bar concept: Untitled.
The name suggests no name, it could have been called Nemo then (it means nobody…) but it doesn’t have quite the same ring to it, does it? Inspired by Andy Warhol’s iconic Silver Factory, polished concrete and are nods the 1960s haven for artists, radicals and creatives. This haven is something that Tony wants to echo in Untitled – so it’ll have evolving installations and collaborations as well as showing its creativity through the cocktails and food. Tony and the Drink Factory Team including Head of Research and partner in the new bar, Zoe Burgess, have curated the new space, whilst Studioprototype and Machine17 are behind the design.
Throughout the day Dark Arts coffee will be providing East Londoners with caffeine to keep them going and to keep them creating. Let’s get back to the cocktails, expect a new line up of twelve original cocktails all of which incorporate sight, smell and taste and will be served in their own bespoke vessels which have been specially designed– names are equally as allusive, order a Snow, Rice or Violin….
Untitled: Opens December 2016, 538 Kingsland Road, E8 4AH, www.untitled-bar.com

A bit of a cake connoisseur, Editor, Emily is constantly on the search for the best brownie London has to offer, a restaurant once even put them on the menu when they heard she was visiting… You’ll either find her on a night out or debriefing over brunch the next day with plenty of coffee and eggs.
