This February London’s creative undergrowth is embraced when a group of key protagonists of the city’s new wave circle the East End with a series of consecutive shows on the Fashion Week schedule, entitled THE BLOCK. Taking place on Wednesday 13 February, The Moet Tour Bus will lead guests round this vibrant neighbourhood, ferrying them from show to show, culminating in a special BLOCK PARTY hosted by Moet to celebrate London fashion and it’s effervescent spirit.
It all kicks off with House of Holland’s first solo show, followed by Lulu Kennedy’s Fashion East (from where Henry Holland graduated and showed last season) featuring Louise Gray, Noki and newcomer David David, then modern opulence from Roksanda Ilincic, followed by THE BLOCK Ringleader Gareth Pugh’s singular vision.
Guests will be welcomed to each show with Moet Champagne, then the Moet Tour Bus will take all the designers and their guests to the BLOCK PARTY at ANdAZ London.
Fine artist David Saunders whose David David label will be showing for the first time as part of Fashion East, will design a map illustrating The Moet Tour Bus’s route, each show location, and offering directions for navigating the neighbourhood.
