New Yorkers regularly queue around the block for a table in the Manhattan branch of legendary Japanese ramen restaurant, Ippudo. With over 100 restaurants worldwide including Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney, the launch of the new London venue will see their first foray into Europe.
The ramen aficionados amongst you will already be planning your visits while the slightly less ramen aware amongst you should rest assured that Ippudo has nearly thirty years of history and tradition that goes into their food. Signature dishes will include the Shiromaru Classic, a traditional white pork-based broth ramen and Akamaru Modern, a bolder, richer tasting broth seasoned with garlic oil and Ippudo’s secret miso paste (Umami-dama).
Ippudo is set to open 29th September but if you were thinking of booking a table now, think again as the 80 cover restaurant has a no reservations policy.
