This spring Tamarind Collection will launch a new lifestyle restaurant concept that boasts the atmosphere a private members’ club.

Due to open in March, One Kensington will be open all day from breakfast through to drinks and dinner – or a glass of Champagne at an elevated champagne table with views over Kensington Palace Gardens.

The new venue is housed in a Grade II listed, late Gothic revival Victorian building (built in 1885 for the London and County Bank to designs by architect Alfred Williams). B3 Designers have created the interiors, making full use of original architectural features such as the high carved vaulted ceilings, double height windows and expansive wood panelling.

One Kensington is the latest addition to a portfolio which includes the Michelin starred Tamarind Mayfair and Imli street food in London plus a US Tamarind in Newport Beach California.
