2017 is a big year for acclaimed chef Raymond Blanc, not only does it mark 21 years of the first Brasserie Blanc but he has also just opened Brasserie Blanc in Fulham Reach by Hammersmith Bridge.

The menu will keep things classic with hearty French dishes inspired by Raymond’s childhood, including the likes of trout gravadlax with Dijon mustard and lemon crème fraiche, will feature alongside duck leg confit with black cherry sauce; and the new chocolate delice with Kirsch. The wine list will focus, naturally, on French grapes but there will also be global wines including Brasserie Blanc’s own Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine.

Bespoke banquettes, geometric screens and unique Moooi Heracleum lights will create an intimate atmosphere inside, but we know where we want to be sitting, on the terrace, cocktail in hand, overlooking the river.
