Marylebone's George Street welcomes a new 'gourmet-on-the-go' concept by Hella Souli who believes that grabbing a quick bite should be just as 'fine and flavoursome' an experience as sitting down to a formal multi-course meal.

Open from 7am for breakfast through to 5pm for those mid afternoon pick-me-ups, all ingredients are well-sourced and seasonal so options vary day to day according to availability.

Star of the show is the gourmet selection of sandwiches and salads featuring Home-made porchetta, wild rocket and fig chutney, Endive, walnut and poached pear salad with roquefort dressing, or Roast grass-fed beef striploin with watercress and fresh horseradish cream.

Souli takes her inspiration from her worldwide travels and aims to introduce her customers to little gems she's discovered along the way. Case in point is the Sant’Eustachio coffee – a Roman Institution which has been roasting its beans over wood since the 1930s.

The décor with its deep greens and terracottas, aims to deliver a warm and welcoming ambience. Features include exposed wood and copper, patchwork Spanish tiles on the floor with the main event being the huge exposed counter displaying all the produce.
