Soho House Group, of the international celeb packed members club fame, has for some time been extending its reach to regular folk with fast food sidelines: Pizza East, Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger. However, these little diffusions are fast becoming a fast food empire and to prove it the Group is opening a supersize resto in Whitechapel on 21st May.
Basically we’re talking Chicken Shop and Dirty Burger under one trademark, industrial style roof plus a small menu of healthier Soho House staples. Sat at the counter or communal and individual tables, you’ll be able to feast on rotisserie chicken with its secret marinade and hand-made ‘Dirty’ burgers (Cheeseburger, Dirty bacon or veggie Dirty cop-out) – mixing and matching sides from both menus.
It will also do take out, cocktails, beers, wines and shakes plus breakfast during the week and brunch at the weekends both healthy (think poached egg and avocado) and dirty (sausage and egg). New addition will be Dirty Doughnuts in daily changing flavours from mocha to coconut. Only a limited number will be made every day so when they’re gone they’re gone!
