Neil Rankin and Sam Lee are back and this time they are focusing on cured meat pizza, ragu, vermouth and top- quality wines, which sounds rather excellent to us.
Following on from temper Soho and City, this third temper will open in Covent Garden, adding to the area’s recent foodie revival. The menu will offer two types of pizza and a range of ragu using game, goat and pork all served with fresh bread of gnocchi. In a temper first, this third site will also be open for breakfast, where you’ll be able to get freshly baked croissants straight from the oven and home cured bacon and sausages.
Continuing their aim to eliminate factory farming from its production line temper is continuing to work with small farms and breeders so that the meat is all 100% traceable, sustainable and delicious.
